Catherine Swiniarski Bio Picture                        


Catherine Swiniarski received her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1986. Since that time she has practiced law in a wide variety of settings, from corporate to private practice.

In addition, she has taught legal topics in various academic settings. She has settled into the practice of Elder Law, a new and emerging area that has grown dramatically with the aging of the baby boomers. She welcomes the opportunity to practice law in a more holistic, largely non-adversarial environment.

Nick Halbur completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis in 2006. He began his legal career teaching the Elder Law Practice Group of the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services at the University of St. Thomas.

He was responsible for representing clients, supervising student case work, teaching a classroom component of the course, caseload management, and other administrative duties. After three years at another firm in Omaha, Mr. Halbur joined our legal team in 2014.

An Omaha native, Adam J. Wintz completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University in 2004, where he received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Interdisciplinary Humanities. Adam earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2008.

After owning a solo practice in the state of Arizona for three years, Adam moved back to his home state of Nebraska. In addition to elder law, he has experience as a Wealth Management Administrator - assisting clients with trust administration and wealth management.
